Take the floor.
Three committees, three days and one written outcome each. Research the file, write your position, build a coalition and turn debate into agreed text.
A conference built on preparation, not performance.
MGLMUN’26 brings students together to practise diplomacy the way it is really done: reading the files, writing position papers, building coalitions and turning debate into agreed text.
What happens in committee
Opening speeches, moderated and unmoderated caucuses, working papers and a final draft that the committee votes on.
What you prepare
Your committee’s study guide and a one-to-two page position paper for your delegation.
What you take home
Real negotiation experience, a stronger English speaking voice and a certificate of participation.
Choose your floor
An economic body, a human rights body and a historical crisis room. Each has its own agenda, study guide and board.

Questions before you apply
I have never been to a MUN. Can I apply?
Yes. Write “None” under previous experience. The study guides explain the agenda, and chairs help first-time delegates during the sessions.
How are countries allocated?
The academic team allocates countries and roles after reviewing applications, using your three committee preferences and your motivation letter.
What is a position paper?
A one-to-two page document setting out your delegation’s view on the agenda item and the solutions it supports. The submission deadline will be announced by the Secretariat.
What language is used?
All committees work in English.
Can I still apply for the board or the organisation team?
No. All board, crisis team and organisation team positions have been filled. Delegate applications are still open.
How is my personal data used?
Your data is processed only to organise MGLMUN’26, under Law No. 6698 (KVKK). Photo and video consent and stakeholder sharing are optional.
